We had a wonderful time volunteering at Career Partners STEM Day at Culpeper Regional Airport yesterday. It’s always exciting to see the fifth-graders at Culpeper County Public Schools and the private schools get so excited about science, technology, engineering and math. We heard numerous students exclaim this was the first time they had ever stepped foot on a plane, and that they didn’t even know we had an airport. We hope this sparks a lifelong interest in aviation and that they bring out their families to Culpeper Air Fest on Saturday afternoon!
