For Vendors:

  • Do vendors need tickets to attend?
    • No, if you arrive before 3:30 p.m., tickets are not required. After 3:30 p.m., all attendees (including vendors) must have a ticket to enter. Tickets can be obtained for free at CulpeperFest.com.
  • What time is vendor set up?
    • Setup is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
    • Vendor drop-off closes promptly at 3:00 p.m. After that time, all vendors must enter through the main entrance.
  • Will there be help unloading or carts available?
    • While limited staff assistance will be available during setup, please note that the shopping carts we’ve provided in the past don’t roll well on grass. We recommend bringing your own cart or dolly to help with unloading.
  • Can vendors purchase VIP parking tickets?
    • Yes! VIP parking tickets are available to vendors. Please note: Free vendor parking is located in the grass field across from the VIP lot. Get your VIP Parking here.
    • Handicap parking is also available for free, next to the VIP parking lot. A Sheriff’s deputy will be posted at the entrance, and only vehicles displaying a valid handicap placard or license plate will be permitted to enter. 
  • Is electricity available?
    • Electricity is only available to vendors who requested and were approved for it during registration. New requests for electricity cannot be accommodated. Outdoor vendors may use generators but should plan accordingly.
  • Will Wi-Fi be available?
    • Indoor vendors will have access to limited Wi-Fi at the venue. However, we recommend bringing your own hotspot for reliable internet access.
    • For outdoor vendors, Wi-Fi coverage may be limited or unavailable, so please plan accordingly.
  • What is included with my booth space?
    • All booths include one 6-foot table, and indoor booths also include one chair.
  • Can I sell items at my booth?
    • Yes, vendors are welcome to sell products or services.
  • Do I need to bring my own tent?
    • Yes. Outdoor vendors must bring their own tent.
  • Will I receive my booth assignment in advance?
    • Yes. Booth assignments and a layout map will be emailed to all vendors approximately one week before the event.
  • What time can I start breaking down my booth?
    • Please help us ensure a great experience for all attendees by keeping booths intact until 8:00 p.m. Early breakdown is not permitted.
  • How many attendees are expected?
    • We anticipate 3,500 attendees this year.
  • Is the event rain or shine?
    • Yes, the event will take place rain or shine.
  • I’ve registered but can no longer attend. What should I do?

For Attendees:

  • Where is CulpeperFest being held this year?
    • We are excited to be back at Germanna Daniel Technology Center: 18121 Technology Drive, Culpeper.
    • Note: McDevitt Drive will not be accessible from Route 522. Please approach from an alternate route.
  • What are the parking options?
    • General Parking: Free parking is available in a grass lot. A shuttle will be running to drop you off at the CulpeperFest entrance.
    • VIP Parking: New this year! VIP parking will be available on a paved lot for $25. All proceeds benefit our scholarship fund. Get your tickets here.
    • Handicap Parking: Handicap parking will be available for free next to the VIP parking lot. A Sheriff’s deputy will be posted at the entrance, and only vehicles displaying a valid handicap placard or license plate will be permitted to enter.
  • Is the event wheelchair accessible?
    • Yes. The event takes place on both grass and paved surfaces outdoors, with indoor exhibits that are fully wheelchair accessible.
  • What happens if it rains?
    • CulpeperFest is rain or shine. In the event of lightning, indoor shelter will be available.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    • We ask that even well-behaved pets be kept at home.
  • Will food and drink be available?
    • Yes! We’re excited to feature some of Culpeper’s favorite food trucks. The popular Beer & Wine Garden is back again this year (must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages).
  • Is this a family-friendly event?
    • Absolutely! Enjoy face painting, a birds of prey presentation, traditional Filipino dancers, a mascot race, and so much more—fun for the whole family!
