Culpeper Technical Education Center
The Culpeper Technical Education Center (CTEC) is a premier career and technical education facility in Culpeper County, dedicated to preparing students for in-demand careers through hands-on learning and real-world workplace experiences. Students from both Culpeper County High School and Eastern View High School have the opportunity to enroll in CTEC programs that equip them with valuable skills for the future.
The Culpeper Chamber of Commerce Scholarship helps support these students by offsetting the cost of Dual Enrollment credits, making advanced career training more accessible and affordable for local youth.

Germanna Community College
Germanna Community College is a vital educational partner in our region, offering affordable, high-quality academic and workforce training programs to meet the needs of students and local industries. With multiple campuses—including the Daniel Technology Center in Culpeper—Germanna empowers learners of all ages through associate degrees, certificates, and career credentials.
The Culpeper Chamber of Commerce proudly supports Germanna students by helping to fund scholarship opportunities, reducing barriers and helping students get a head start on their futures.

Career Partners
Career Partners, Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to preparing students for future success through innovative, real-world learning experiences. Since its founding in 2000, Career Partners has launched seven educational programs, including Career Exploration, Mock Interviews, Mentoring, and STEM initiatives. Its signature program, E Squared—short for “Entrepreneurial Energy”—is a semester-long business competition where high school students, paired with local business coaches, develop and pitch startup ideas to a panel of mock investors.
Winning team members each receive a $10,000 scholarship, making E Squared a powerful leadership and career development opportunity for youth in our community.
