The Culpeper Chamber of Commerce is rebranding our 2023 Culpeper Chamber of Commerce Community Guide and Business Directory and we’re asking the community to be a part of our next cover! We are looking for iconic images of Culpeper to share on the front of our community guide – which is distributed throughout Culpeper and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Rules and regulations for the contest follow and submissions can be emailed to photos@culpeperchamber.com. The deadline for submissions is Aug. 25.
Photo contest for Culpeper Chamber of Commerce Community Guide and Business Directory rules and regulations
- Submissions must be of landmarks, historic sites or iconic images of Culpeper.
- Portrait-style submissions will not be considered
- Submissions must be at least 300 dpi and be 8.5 inches wide by 11 inches long.
- The deadline for submissions is Aug. 25
- Submissions will be judged by the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce Membership and Marketing Committee and will be judged on criteria including composition, lighting and impact to Culpeper.
- Submissions not chosen for the front of the community guide will be eligible to be featured in a photo page of the community guide
- Photographers will sign a waiver, signing the rights of the photo over to the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce/Culpeper Times for use in the community guide for a calendar year
