Your Hosting Checklist

Provide your location details so we can spread the word
Arrange refreshments (beverages and light snacks—alcoholic beverages welcome but optional)
Prepare door prize drawing(s) to create excitement and engagement
Share your company logo (JPEG format) for promotional materials
Let us know about catering, entertainment, or special activities you're planning
Review promotional materials before we send them out
Handle setup and cleanup for your event space
Support fellow Chamber members by using member businesses for catering, decorations, and entertainment whenever possible

Alcohol Service: If serving alcohol, please use good judgment and ensure your business insurance covers any potential liabilities as the event host.
