The Culpeper Chamber had a wonderful time attending the PATH Foundation’s Non-Profit Luncheon at Luigis last week! The PATH Foundation and the Center for Nonprofit Excellence teams shared valuable insights on topics that truly matter to our nonprofit community and there was plenty of time for meaningful networking and connection.
Thank you to PATH for your great care and continued support of nonprofits across our region.
It’s always so important for us to come together — not just to get to know one another, but to share ideas, exchange resources, and build camaraderie. When we connect, we strengthen the entire community.

The State Theater Auditorium came alive on October 25th with “Windows to Our Heritage: Art that Honors Our
Journey.”
Beyond the beautiful artwork on display, the real magic was in hearing directly from the artists and learning about their creative processes, the stories that inspired their work, and the cultural heritage woven into each piece.
Thank you to the African American Heritage Alliance and the Windmore Center for the Arts for bringing this meaningful event to our community, and to all the talented artists who shared their unique perspectives. Events like these remind us of the rich cultural tapestry that makes Culpeper special.

What a powerful and heartfelt ribbon cutting ceremony for It Sucks Sometimes!
Yesterday at the Culpeper Chamber office, we celebrated the official launch of this meaningful nonprofit dedicated to supporting cancer patients through compassionate community connection. It was inspiring to meet the founder and hear about the vision behind creating safe spaces where cancer patients can be unapologetically authentic and support one another.
It Sucks Sometimes offers free monthly support groups open to all cancer patients, regardless of cancer type or where they are in their journey since diagnosis. This is a place where you can talk real, without judgment, and find support from others who truly understand.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in welcoming this important organization to our community. Here’s to creating spaces where people can be heard, supported, and embraced exactly as they are.
Support Group meets the last Thursday of each month at 6pm at Elevate Culpeper, 107B E Davis Street.
